Big and heavy! Because the product page said the shoe runs a full size small, I orderd 1/2 size bigger and they were way too big. Maybe Fiona runs small for larger sized feet, but if you are in the 6-7 range and need a wide width, order your regular size or even 1/2 smaller. I returned the 7 for my regular size, 6.5 EE and my heel still flops out of them, even with heel guards. Gel arch supports help a bit. And they are quite heavy though, certainly dressy enough for work. I'm glad they seem to work for some people, but be careful if you have narrow ankles.
